What Does Increased Coarse Echo Texture Mean?

Dear Dr., My Scan shows the below report. Kindly suggest what is this Increase Coarse Echo Texture and what all are the remedial actions to be taken. Liver : Normal in size with increased coarse echo texture. The intra hepatic vasculature appears normal. There is no evidence of intra or extra hepatic biliary ductal dilation. No focal or diffuse pathology. CBD and IHBR appear normal. Portal vein is normal.
