What Does Inter-menstrual Bleeding While On Lupride Injection Indicate?

On 15 Dec 2014, i had Diagnostic Laparoscopy to remove chocolate cyst but they find my bowel, tubes uterus and tubes totally stuck and not able to remove the cyst. After that Doctor had given me the lupride injection 11.25 mg on 16Dec 2014 and told me due to dis medicine my periods will delay.But on 20 Dec 2014 i had my periods and after gap of 14 days again my periods started i.e 3 Jan 2015. Please suggest me why is happening .
