What Does Intermittent Dizziness With Itchy Bumps Suggest?

i keep getting this dizzy light headed feeling it comes and goes, now for about three days i'm itching all over and have little bumps not sure if one has anything to with the other my pcp just left the state so i'm in the process of picking another could you offer any advice
