What Does Intermittent Pain In Stomach Indicate?

I had stomach pains about every 3 hours and it s been going on for about 4 days with increased pain (to now about 10 minutes apart) was wondering what to do? No nausea or fever, no back pain but the pain in my stomach is about a 8 on a scale from 1-10 and 10 being the most painful.
