What Does Involutional Changes In A Person Mean?

Hello I have just been released from hospital with a fever of unknown origin during testing the Doctors report states that I have Involutional changes which are more than expected for a person of my age I am 56years of age and never consume alcohol , and they state that Clinical Corolationcorrelation is required , can you explain this to me please Regards Julie on
