What Does Irregular Periods, Hair Loss And Acne Indicate?

I'm little worried about my period cycles which differs every time. I'm 26 female with 167cm height and 50kg. I noticed that my hair loss has increased and I have face with acne and a few dark hair. The sonography scan showed follicular cysts with diameter less than 5mm and the doctor said it might be P.C.O. I also have my hormone analyses result but I can't see any thing out of range in it. So what is wrong with me?
