What Does It Mean If I Bleed After HSG Procedure?

Does bleeding after hsg mean periods started again? I had my period last 02/12 and had HSG 02/22, started bleeding after 2 days of the procedure. It was quite heavy and it lasted for 8 days. Expecting my cycle within this week based on 02/12. Should I based it on 02/24? Thanks
