What Does It Mean If I Have Bulky Ovaries With Peripheral Follicles And A Faint Positive Pregnancy Test?

Pls I have both ovaries bulky with volume of 24.1ml and 22.7ml on the right and left respectively. They both have tiny follicles arranged peripherally like a string of pearls with stromatolites thickness. No dominant follicles seen bilaterally. I also did pregnancy test and it shows weakly faded lines, pls I don’t understand kindly help me I don’t feel good with the thought of not being good!
