What Does It Mean If A 30-week Ultrasound Shows Prominent Bilateral Lateral Ventricles?

My wife is pregnant. 30wks 4days. Today doctor take scan reports or showing. Baby head problem she is telling. But why I am asking. Prominent bilateral lateral ventricles noted. Atrial diameter is about 9mm on right side and 9-10 mm on left side.Doctor or tell. Any problem in baby plz tell me
