Uterine outline is regular and myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. no myoma seen. the endometrial plate is normal thickness and echogenicity. However, a tiny rounded sonolucent area (? Gestational sac) is seen in the mid cavity. No fetal activity is seen. The cervix is normal and the internal os is closed. No ovaries mass or cyst is seen bilaterally. What does this mean?
