What Does It Mean If My MRI Head, With/without Contrast

What does it mean if my MRI Head, with/without contrast shows a "probable right Meckel's cave cephalocele"? The report also states a "presumed moderate chronic microvascular ischemic changes of the supretentorial white matter." I am having memory loss problems with some speech issues. Recommendation is to follow up with a neurologist.
