What Does It Mean If My Chest X-ray Shows Fibrolinear Opacities And An Inflammatory Process In The Left Upper Lobe?

Hi, got my chest X ray last month. It says that Fibrolinear opacities are noted in the left upper lobe. The heart is not enlarged. The trachea is midline. The hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are intact. the rest of the visual structures are unremarkable. Impression is, inflammatory process, left upper lobe. Please correct clinically. Please let me know what does this diagnosis means. would appreciate it a lot. Thanks.
