What Does It Mean If My Pelvic Scan Shows Significant Tissue Reaction In Both Adnexae And Pouch Of Douglas With Moderate Free Fluid?
I went for a pelvic scan and the result read thus; There is significant tissue reaction in both adnexae as well as pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. There is moderate free fluid collection noted in the pouch of Douglas. No mass. Please what does this mean?
