What Does It Mean If My Scan Shows Small Lung Nodules, Linear Densities In Both Lungs, And Pleural Thickening In The Lower Chest?

Help please in interpreting this in lay man s term: Lungs: Few non-calcified pulmonary nodules are scattered in both lung parenchyma, with the largest located in the apical segment of right upper lobe measuring 0.3 cm (axial image 23/294). Linear and plate-like densities are noted in the medial segment of the middle lobe, in the medial, lateral and posterobasal segments of the right lower lobe, and in the anteromedial, lateral and posterobasal segments of the left lower lobe. Trachea and main bronchi: Unremarkable. Pleura: Pleural thickening is noted in the bilateral lower hemithoraces.
