What Does It Mean To Have A Few Fibrohazed Areas In The Left Upper Lung Lobe On A Recent Chest X-ray?

Hi, I had my chest x-ray last January 28 and the there is no findings regarding it.But Last March 25 I took also an x-ray because that is a requirements in my upcoming job and then there is a findings where in the findings is I have a few fibrohazed in the left upper lobe.What does this mean? Any advice on how to treat this?
