What Does It Mean To Have A Resting Heart Rate
What does it mean to have a resting heart rate of 112 bpm? I've had a doctor appointment within the last 2 months and I know that my blood pressure is normal. I've also had blood tests done recently and the only issues were high cholesterol and a Vitamin D deficiency. Should I be concerned about the high resting heart rate?
