What Does It Mean To Have High TSH Level While Suffering From Ovarian Cyst?

Hi, my wife is pregnant about 1.5 month. she was on medicine for ovary cyst from around eight to ten months. the medicines were(harmony for 3 months, ovacare for two months then ovacare forte for three months) before pregnancy. and now we just had a test for thyroid which is very high (TSH=11.94) . IS THIS CAN BE BECAUSE OF THESE MEDICINES? What should be our next step? please advice
