What Does It Mean When You Have Multiple Small Cystic

What does it mean when you have multiple small cystic spaces, with 15mm endometrial thickening?
When ultrasounded was 18th day of menstral cycle. I have had very heavy periods, cysts found on ovaries and kidney. Have been having iron injections for low iron. Been feeling very unwell with lots of aching in abdomin, left side in kidney area, chest, arms and shoulders. Also have a 12x4mm suggestive lipoma and 15x4mm swollen lyph node in right axilla. I also have had a rash on the side of my foot since 2013. Could this mean some serious? I am 41 and have had a blood test to see if I was starting menopause an test came back all clear.
