What Does Itchy Anus Along With Inflammation And Upset Stomach Indicate?

My stomach was a little upset and so I had to go to toilet for times a day. This resulted in an inflamation in the anus(right side) which was somewhat painful.Sitting down was painfull too. My stool was not hard yet there was fresh red blood drops one morning after toilet. Iwas very scared. The pain declined and the blood drops were not found for subsequent 3 days. The size of inflamation also got reduced.After 3 days despite the stool being soft again there was flesh blood. There is slight itchy feeling in anus region and the swelling is there in a very small scale. I have been using an antihemmarhoid cream for last 4days.
Is this alarming. Pl advice specifically.
