What Does Itchy Bumps On Stomach Skin Imply?

I have numerous small, non itchy bumps on my abdominal region, and I have one nickle size red non itchy patch on my leg. They seem to be spreading. I had 3 of them for well over a month now, and I've been putting anti itch cream on them. Any ideas on what they can be?
