What Does Itchy Vagina With Dangling Thing Hanging Next To It Mean?

I have this dangly thing hanging next to my vigina. You can see it with my legs closed and is not that painful it. It came a few months ago after my vigina and it area was very itchy. The area is normal itcy but really itcy once again I can feel while itcing the area more comming and one of the which is comming up is on the oppsite side to the dangely thing and is painful when you itch it. I also have something else comming up just before my bum hole.offen when I go to the poo and I wipe my bum there is not much poo there is mainly distarge.and when I go to the wee and my vigina area has been itcy it hurts. I have been apply different types of cream , I have tryed E45 and two different types of aqueous cream. if my
bum has been itcy I put some on my bum aswell and it really hurts and stings.I wash everyday and always put clean underwear on everyday.
