What Does Lack Of Appetite And Swollen Uvula Indicate?

I am a 22 year old female. I drink and some daily. Lately I have had no appetite and when i do force myself to eat i throw it up a couple hours later. I have been cutting back my drinking and smoking but today I forced myself to eat half and apple threw it up an hour later and now i have a severly swollen uvula. When should i go to the hospital?
