What Does Lack Of Strong Feeling Towards Others In A Person Indicate?

I know I m not a sociopath, because I actually care for things and I do feel slight attachment and feelings towards people. But my feelings aren t strong at all. Over anything. Is this a disorder, or just depression? I was diagnosed with neurotic depression when I was 14. But the doctor only asked a few simple questions and wrote a prescription for Zoloft (which I stopped taking a few months later).
