What Does Large, Painful, Bruised Lump Underarm Suggest?

Good evening. I have a large lump on the underside of my arm(no injury) with slight bruising and it is painful to the touch. I recentlly have had swelling in my legs which my dr. determined to be an issue with my veins. i have had heartburn a headache and nausea as well. pls help!!
