What Does Large, White Mucus In Urine During Pregnancy Suggest?

I m 32 weeks 1 Day pregnant with my first child. I ve had a cough for the past 6 months that won t go away and this weekend got worse. Usually I cough stuff up and I m good to go. This weekend, nothing comes out and I can t control my urine. I just used the bathroom and found a rather large strip of egg white mucus. It was about the size of a cheeto, but it was all clear. Should I call my doctor? Should I even be worried?
