What Does Late,heavy Periods With Severe Cramps And Bloating Suggest?

Hello my fiance and i tried on march 5th to conceive a couple daya afterwards i discharged a brownish light pinkish clump and i know it wasnt my egg i then started experiencing stomach cramps wwhere i usually get right before my period but i never got it and the cramps continued they stopped about a week ago and my period was due march 19 and it was late i took 2 pregnancy tests but both came out negative but this was before my period date today march 26th i woke up with servere intense excruciating cramps along with my period that was heavy!!! Im 18 but also have ovarian cysts and was diagnosed with endometriosis but my pcp wanted me to quit my birth control which was a little over a month ago but my nipples have gotten darker but my areola hasn t i also only have a certain taste for all food now which i dont eat what i normally love even before my period startes today i was experiencing bloating and clothes were tighter on me i dont sleep as good anymore either i just woud reallu like some explanations for this please please please help me out!!!! Im just so affraid thay i wont be able to ever conceive
