What Does Less Bleeding During Menstruation Indicate?

Hi,
I am 29 years old and married, my periods were very regular till last month. Last my my period came twice at a gap of 19 days, my second cycle lasted for 5 days and it was very good. This month my periods came on the date of my last month second period date but the flow if very very less, can you please help me on this.
