What Does Light Bleeding With Pregnancy Symptoms Mean?

hi i think i could be pregnat for 2 weeks i have had pregncy sytoms and i had a test done at the doctors it came back normal then on saturday i had a yellowish discharge and then that night i started to bleed it was very light pinkish red colour i am still bleeling now but it is still light and its gone a brownish red now what does this mean?
