What Does Light Periods With Sensitive Breast After Removal Of IUD Mean?

hello, I've tested several times to see if i may be pregnant, although all test results shows up as negative. my last menstrual period was very light and lasted no more than 2 days total. since then i have had sensitivity in my breasts and have non stop food cravings. about 5 months ago, i've had my mirena iud removed after a month of insertion and now ever since then my body has been reacting all weird. what is going on with me? please help!
