What Does Long, Heavy Periods With Bleeding From Rectum Suggest?

Last month my period lasted 16 days. It started with spotting and turned into bright red blood. But when I wiped it seemed like it was more coming from my rectum. I felt nausea and had rapid bowel movements. It wasn t until my period was finally over that I felt normal. This month, I began my period 7 days ago with dark brownish blackish spotting. It then turned bright red. When I wiped it seemed to be coming out of my rectum and vagina, but maybe that was how it was flowing? I have not had nausea or increased bowel movements or nausea but I do feel tiredness and cramping. My blood is blood orange and smells fishy.
