What Does Long String In Diarrhea Indicate?

I went to the bathroom a couple minutes ago and noticed a long string in my diarrhea.. This has been happening for a while but I've never paid any attention to it. This string was about 6-8 in lomg .. Longest its ever been.. But I've been having cramping and back pain with this.. Idk what this is.. Help??!!
