What Does Low Voltage Complexes From ECG Indicate?

Hi, I had a ECG recently as part of a routine health checkup and in the report the doctor had made a single comment - Low Voltage Complexes . What does this mean and should I be worried? The chest x-ray has come out normal and I do not have any symptoms of the heart.
