What Does Lower Abdomen Pain Alongwith Headache Indicate?

I have a pain in my lower left abdomen to touch but not like a finger push type touch not just if u rub it and have been having muscle aching and easily tired which I do not know if they are related since that is normal for me the last few months. I have also started getting headaches easier lately which I do not know if that is related but I never got headaches ever before.
