What Does Lower Back And Stomach Pain In Gastric Bypass Patient Indicate?

I am 39 year old female. For the last 2 days I have been have pain in my lower right side of my stomac and lower right back. Its a constant mild pain and speradic a sharp pain. I have had the gastric bapass surgery about 4 years ago and I though it was the dumping syndram but the pain is non stop. What do you think it could be?
