What Does Lump At The Bottom Of Rib Cage With Difficulty In Breathing Suggest?

Hi I was wondering what the lump was at the bottom of my rib cage in the middle I m feeling dizziness spewing aches and pains cant breath porperly hurts when trying to breathe deaply and it feels like a sharp pain, I also have a horrible taste in my mouth followed with a lot of saliver, couching hurts as well as sneezing. What do I do what is i? I m in so much pain.
