What Does Lump On Vaginal Wall Indicate?

I have noticed a small hard lump on my vagina wall. When I press on it I feel like its right by my anus. I have a hard time emptying my bowles completely quite often. I have had a smear in the past 6 months and their was mild abnormaties and also have hpv. I'm really worried its cancer or something that can effect me falling pregnant or something
