What Does Lymphocytic MC With Chronic Gastritis Mean?

I just had a gastric emptying study done. They took a picture every minute for 1 1/2 hours. The food was slow to move to my stomach, then it sat there for most of the test. Food started moving through the last 20 minutes. I my colonoscopy pathology report confirmed Lymphocytic MC, endoscopy showed chronic gastritis. I am diabetic as well. I was wondering if my test resembled gastroparesis or all of the chronic inflammation is more likely an indicator of Chron s? Currently taking Lialda, Donnatal, and Protonix (2 X QD)
