What Does Metallic Taste In Tongue Along With Headaches And Muscle Cramps Indicate?

Hi I think I have an electrolyte deficiency; I have a metallic taste like I'm salivating a lot, fatigue, had arrhythmia but it's not bad now seems to be going away, cluster headache, lightheadedness, muscle cramping, muscle spasm, anxiety. Heartrate is elevated a bit. Sometimes I seem to experience confusion i just would get these random strange thoughts and won't feel clear in my head. It was worse a couple days ago. I'm drinking water and was drinking soymilk but it seems I need to do more than that. I'm hoping to get spinach and potatoes from my folks. Does sound like an electrolyte dificiency? And I'm wondering which kind?
