What Does Mild Anisopoikilocytosis Mean?

my mother s report suggest mild anisopoikilocytosis.predominantly macrocytic normochroic with macroovalocytes.platelet count is also reduced that is:125,000.she is a known diabetic and have hyperthyroidism since 15 yrs and is under medication for the same...recently she is having rectal bleeding problem...previous haematological reports never showed this alert..regarding rbcs...m concerned ...regarding the same...please help..
