What do you mean mild cerebral atrophy,right mandibular lymphadenopathy and bilateral mastoiditis ,polysinusitis,patient was diagnosed with inverted papilloma presenting with large heterogenous soft tissue mass in the right nasomaxillary region with intra cranial and orbital extension right proptosis, patient was 64 year old female.
