What Does Mildly Enlarged Mediastinal Adenopathy Mean?

What does this mean? Mildly enlarged mediastinal adenopathy including a 1.3 cm right upper paratracheal node and a 1.2 cm subcarinal node. 2. Borderline 1.5 cm right hilar node. 3. Posteriorly in the right upper lobe and in the superior segment of the right lower lobe, a tree-in-bud interstitial abnormality is seen. Within the area of interstitial abnormality in the right lower lobe, several nodules are seen with the largest measuring 6 mm. These abnormalities are most likely inflammatory or infectious. A three-month follow-up is suggested for reassessment. 4. Diffuse hepatic steatosis. Otherwise, no significant findings in the abdomen/pelvis. Specifically, no significant adenopathy in the abdomen/pelvis. Primary Diagnostic Code: ABNORMALITY, ATTENTION NEEDED
