What Does Minimal POD Collection On An Ultrasound Mean, And What Should I Do For Waist Pain And Waterish Discharge?

I had done my ultrasound around one month ago and found minimal pod collection,what does it mean and I did the ultrasound bcz of I found waterish type material in my panty, I have the symptoms of too much waist pain,what should I do,plz help me with the solution
