What Does Missed Period When On Nuva Ring Indicate?

So iv been on the nuva ring for years. Just got a new man. I missed a month for my period. Like 2 weeks ago my man cam in me twice while I was on birth control and after we got done I took the morning after pill. Monday I took out my ring and I still havnt gotta my period.. Idk if my body is messed up and confused?
