What Does Missed Periods For Years With Pregnancy Symptoms Mean?

i havent had a mestrual cycle since april 25th 2010, i am having some pregnancy symptoms (itchy breasts stomach legs feet,im always hot,nauseated and certain food i cant eat anymore) i hvae taken several at home pregnancy tests but they are negative.. what could be the problem?
