What Does Missed Periods With Light Spotting, Cramps And Nose Bleeds Mean?

Hi I haven't had my period since november 19 and I took 4 hpt and they where neg I had light spotting in december and in january I had light spotting...I been haveing bad cramps and headches with some nose bleeds I don't know what to do cecause I'm uninsured
