What Does Moderate Narrowing With Osteophytes At Anterior Margin Of Spine Mean?

Hi I recently had a xray of my neck and I have the results, but I don t really understand them. It says the c6-7 disc is moderately narrowed with osteophytes at its anterior and posterior margins. There is slight spurring at the c5-6 disc margin anteriorly. The cervical lordosis is midly reversed. The right sided formania are well maintained. There is moderate encroachment on the left c3-4,c5-6 and c6-7 foramina by adjacent osteophytes. What does that mean ?
