What Does Moderate To Severe Systolic Dysfunction Mean?

I had and echo cardio to find out if the herceptin/perjeta I am taking for Mets. BC has weakened my heart. What does this mean: moderate to severe systolic dysfunction secondary to global hypokinesis. LVEF has gone from 58% to 33%. No LVH. Normal RV size and systolic function.
