What Does Moderately Differentiated Cell Carcinoma From Biopsy Suggest For Ulcer?

My mother, aged 89 years had an ulcer in the right cheek for over two months. she had a habit of taking tobacco orally for many years but discontinued same 21 months back. Doctor recommended Biopsy.
Biopsy result : "Section shows a Moderately Differenciated Cell carcinoma"
