What Does Mole Under My Left Eye Imply?

A mole appeared under my left eye that was not there before. It does not hurt an it isn't itchy. it is round, dark brown, less than 6mm big, but when I touch it it is slightly raised, but not on top, just under my skin. I am 16 years old and I am terrified.
