What Does Moving Sensation In Groin Area Along With Yellow Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I have a moving sensation in the bottom of my belly/top of my vagina then a couple of days later ive had yellow discharge coming out too it dosnt smell or anything like that ,ive come off my pieriod about 1 week ago ive had unportected sex with my partner a couple days later im not sure what it is im quiet worried as ive looked on the internet and its come up multipule things im not sure what to do about it
